Ingenuity has experienced incredible growth in the last 12 months (we’ve lost count of how many new starters have joined us recently) and as a consequence we’ve welcomed Karl Loudon, TED talk speaker and co-founder of B2B growth consultancy Tevyan, as COO to help take us and our client services to the next level. We are incredibly privileged to welcome Karl who, in the short time he’s been with us, has already taken huge steps on setting us, and our clients, up for success.
There are so many exciting things happening right now, whether it’s strategic conversation with clients around their growth and their pipeline, unearthing the mountain of insight we sit on when it comes to what brands want, or reinventing our events for the new normal, so we sat down with Karl to talk about not only what’s happening internally but what clients can expect from our new and improved ways of working.

“Ultimately when a client comes knocking on Ingenuity's door, they’re coming to us with a problem and that problem is usually something related to growth. Whether it’s filling a pipeline or converting a pipeline. From a client’s perspective I want to see that the strategic advice that the team can offer, and the clever thinking, can be surfaced because the teams are working more efficiently. I want us to able to focus on more of those high value tasks and building better relationships. The key thing for building trust with clients is transparency and communication, managing expectations in both directions well. This is B2B, it ain’t easy, but it is doable if we apply the right sort of strategies.”
